5 Stars!
This movie was awesome. It was a story of three brothers who lost their brotherly connection to each-other, and go on a journey to find it again. It could have easily been one of those predictable stories that comes with an extra large side of cheese, but instead it was very unpredictable, and funny in a quirky way, with only an appropriate mouse-sized chunk of provolone.
Love your food metaphors. Added it to my list. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThis has been on my Netflix list for awhile... perhaps I'll have to move it up some notches. I was hesitant because it didn't even get three stars combined from all the Netflix customers! But I thought it looked pretty interesting and now I want to see it even more. Not to mention I have had a huge crush on Adrien Brody since The Piano.
ReplyDeleteSaw the film finally. Liked it quite a bit, but something kept me from loving it. I'm not quite sure what it was. I guess it was hard for me to put myself in their shoes. Maybe it's because they're guys? Most women don't act/talk like that. Do men in real life? I dunno. They were an odd triplet, but that definitely added to the mystique and fun of the adventures they took.
